I agree with getting them to sit down -- I currently have to clean up the pee (from my two boys who aren't twins)...
Anyways, I've heard pull-ups are more like a phase and don't really help with actually getting them to commit to the potty. Some families need that inbetween phase because of other dynamics, but if you're going to really potty-train, go whole-hog!!!! That way they don't get mixed messages.
I've read in the NOMOTC newsletter that one idea is to just focus on training one of the twins, and then the other one will just follow along. I think that sounds like a good idea, but I personally have only done singletons, but the younger one potty-trained a whole 16 months earlier than his brother did (by age) because he wanted to be like his brother, so it sounds like the NOMOTC article I read was following this kind of psychology...
