Great advice! I have tons of friends I use to swap with regularly...but I am not sure if it would come without strings attached (i.e. watching their kids in return???) No offers yet but I would take them up on it if they did. Maybe towards the end they will??? I am so tired during this first trimester, I wish they would offer. I am not good at "asking for help". I didn't know about the water and protein...thanks for the advice!
