Posted by Regan HOM stands for higher-order multiples which usually means triplets or more, but in this case they specifically said mothers with two or more sets of twins. BTW -- It's okay to cry!!! I've had to learn that myself...

I'm glad you can feel like someone cares... I guess I just jumped to respond even though I only have one set of twins because that situation would be very difficult for me to even imagine... Anyways, I was just reading in the NOMOTC newsletter about a support network set up especially for mothers of more than one set of twins and I thought of you. They just had an email address to contact:
