I drink a smoothie every morning with baby spinach,kale,carrots and different frozen fruit in it. I also put a scoop of protein powder and a small scoop of collagen. I stagger the fruit and veggies as the days go buy. I also make peanut butter and banana or chocolate. I also add 1-2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar. If you are on low carb this recipe is great...1 cup--heavy cream 88.1 fat--821 calories--4.9 protein. I am not on low carb so I use 2% milk and no sweeteners. 1 cup--122 calories-- fat 5 grams--9.68 protein--calcium 350.35
