This game uses 240 pixel height rather than the usual 224 pixel. In Snes9x, go into the display settings and enable 'extend height'.
On another note, thanks to the translation author for working on this again. Just got into playing this again after quite some time and was surprised to see a shiny new translation with a nice font.
If this is an entirely new patch code-wise, then I suppose my freeze issue with Tien doing the super version of his 20 ki attack might not exist this time around. (Hope I'm not confusing this patch with the other one.)
