Sorry to be a nuisance but its regarding my groin/hip strain.As you are aware it was feeling alot better on tuesday hence why I trained.How ever since then it has flared up again and I have found it painful to train on(especially lanka and kicks).It seems the more I train on it the more painful it gets.The last thing I want to do is damage it so badly it will put me out for months.This has left me with a dilemma as to whether to keep training on it or not.Your opinion would be much appreciated.
