salam cikgu, how r u? i juz wondering if I can use the silat for Mixed Martial Art(MMA) fighting. Every saturday I have Muay Thai training here, at the same time there is a MMA training.I never do MMA before till last Saturday they ask me to join them and they were so impress on me when i show them some locks and graps. so, do you think I can use silat for MMA? oh, buy da way, juz let U know I'll be in London for three days (23-25 march).
