hi mickey,
boxing is good. just keep in mind that you are doing just that when you are doin it. i boxed a lot in my early teens as my late father was the president of the malaysian boxing association back in malaysia.
keep your home training as well. they are invaluable. come up here some time to do some cool stuff.
cheers man.
peace and love.
: Good day Arrifin Sir. I trust the clean
: cornish air is keeping you in good health.
: As always sir I have questions so I'm hoping
: you can spare me a few moments?
: With the weekly structure of the class and
: of course your constant flow of knowledge, I
: would get alot of inspiration and therefore
: keep motivated. So to keep some structure to
: my training, I've jioned a boxing class as I
: felt this would be a reletively neutral
: style until I'm training under you again.
: However this proved me to be very naive. I
: gain alot of benefits from the fitness
: regime but my problem is they are teaching
: fundamental things that I feel contradict
: alot of what you have taught me. This
: therefore leaves me with a dilemma of having
: the structure and the fitness regime over
: the risk of developing bad habits. After all
: this my question is, would you advise me
: continuing with the class for the time being
: or just stick to my home training?
: Your input would be much appreciated Sir!
