you have to train your physical body and instill a very high level of discipline. and then you have to be obedient. and then sacrifice before any spirituality can begin.
do you have the discipline to attend regular trainning for 2 to 3 years (in anything)???
or do you feel that you are so good that you train by yourself???
in all traditional way, you need a teacher.
that is the first step.
you address me as "brother", a very modern reformist way of addressing someone.
