i would also like to thank che gu' Ariffin and Suliaman for the great training camp in spain.i now know how to play the djembe and cook lamb properly!
But seriously, great training and fantastic place.the beauty and tranquility of the mountain and the general good nature of everyone involved,allowed me much needed meditation and i think i have made a few good changes in my life because of the experience.
anyone who hasn't yet been,make sure you look out for next years dates.thanks again,
