Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to have a REFRIGERATED unit to get the job done. Many a family have grown tons of hair with a water cooler/or window unit, fans, rice root brush and a decent facility to keep the animal. Hair grows when it is dark (i.e. nighttime effect) clean, moved and worked (i.e. blow dryer, comb, good fans, etc)
