One of my cows just had a heatwave bull calf and I was wondering what I should do with him. The cow is a 5/8ths maine and her half simmi steer I am showing this year and he looks really good. This is my last year of showing and I had planned on selling the calf in the fall to help pay for college. I was just wondering if i should sell the calf as a steer or a bull and what would be a good starting price.
