What to do to add Some Shine

I was wondering what are some things you can do to brighten up the hair coats on my show calves? Their hair is just a little dull looking. I am rinsing twice a day and using Main and Tail conditioner after I blow them dry they get infusium 23 mix half with water blow into their hair I am washing with shampoo twice a week. thank you for the advice.
