You need to get on Bovine elite under semen distributors on this site and click on Esterous Synchronization protocals. Your best bet is using a CIDR insert along with the GNRH shot. IF you have specific questions contact them directly. By using a CIDR you can have them bred within 45 days of calving provided they are in good condition and haven't been stressed. Good luck.
