10k btu AC unit WILL ON KEEP the Cool Room about 70 Degree when it is 85-90 outside...Why do I know I build a room EXACTLY like that and the 10k unit did not work

I had to use 2 10k units

I used R21 for insulation in a 6 inch wall and R21 in the Ceiling
