I was wondering if you butchered a year old bull and a year old steer would the meat be any different. I have heard that a bull's meat would be tougher but I simply cant see that happening if the bull is not an older bull and used a lot. I would think that there wouldn't be much different in taste if it was a younger bull. Thank you, just curious.
