Sorry it has been a while since I have looked at what was new on this site. You can never get enough good quality hair. And there isn't any substitute for water, a brush or comb and hard work. But, if you are already doing the work and not getting the desired results, the implants will probably help. They will NOT do much for your calf if you leave him in the sun all day and never rinse him off. :
