It took me an half hour to search out the right thread in the archives but I found it. 9-21-06 BD asked your question and Tama referred us all to an article in the Iowa Farmer Today magazine. Good recipes there and Jud and AAOK also offered their recipes as well. You might check out that thread again. Very helpful.
