OT -
1) Previously tested animals - you do not need to submit more blood - contact the lab with the case numbers and the samples can be run for PHA
2) you need a purple top tube of blood from each animal you want tested - use a new needle for each animal (don't want to contaminate one sample with anothers DNA) - use the 10 ml tubes, you should try to get them filled, but half full should be OK (the "danger" with less blood is that you may not have enough cells with DNA to extract DNA and might have to redraw)
3) you can use the same sample for both tests
4) there is a form on the Maine web site that you can use to list your animals and what tests you want done; the address is also listed there
5) depending on where you are and what the weather is like will determine how you should send your samples - if you are near Illinois ground (2 day) should be OK; put a cold pack in with the samples. Send the samples on Monday or Tues of the week. If you are far away use 2nd day or next day
6) if this doesn't answer all your questions email me - I have a tendency to ramble! DL
