The word "Possible" on a pattern like this is what people use to say yes or no, which sickens me. It kills the entire trust of all forecasts alike.
If you think snow, great, kudos, but you said Halloween storm, read ROTW.net - it was on there, now a fail.
Crying wolf more than once is a shame. I expect better from people that think they are any good.
Like I said on the last storm, NO SNOW ...
