Volunteering at age 15?

Hey guys,
I would love to volunteer as a forest patrol member, with my dad of course, but does anyone know what the rules are for Unde 18 year old volunteers? I am very intersted, and considering that it is in the summer, would have no problem making the minimum required days. I am a life scout (will be eagle by may hopefully) and backpack a lot!
