Rain will fall in the SBD mountains, but a flooding type rain like areas of Ventura and Santa Barbara's mountain zones is not likely with this path. - 0.50 inches look most likely in the mountains of the Inland Empire ... - Tuesday night through Wednesday evening ... - Snow level above all peaks, even Mt.
