Quit disturbing. What a piece. Some people deserve to carry weapons. I don't want to start a debate there, but how do you weed out the idiots? With all due respect to the hunters here, this fool baited the bear and then shot it illegally. With all the signs and warnings in the Sierras, he knew exactly what he was doing. Having a loaded weapon in his vehicle, though quite common, shows premeditation.
The end result I imagine is some hunter getting cheated out of his tag.
Perhaps we could dress him up in a bear suit and still issue that tag.
