Dude Ellen is about the coolest person I've hiked with. On her first trip back to San Jacinto Doogieman and I climbed the East side of San Jacinto last December. Afterwards Ellen and I shared a beer and some war stories. There is zero error in her judgement to not wear a helmet on the Mtn Rte. Sorry bro Ellen is my peeps and I don't let my peeps get picked on, in any way. Let's keep this board positive......

: It just seems odd, I mean to read that
: she is in "good hands" and
: to see her below the others who are
: wearing helmets. It just doesn't
: make sense. But on second thought,
: Ellen doesn't seem to mind getting
: nicked up, does she...

: I hiked that route on the 13th

: a helmet. Didn't feel one was
: neccesary.

: How come no helmet Ellen?
: Seems that if one of you guys didn't
: have one then that person should be
: above the ones that do. Or lend you
: theirs.
