I led a group up to Dry Lake on Sat morning and planned on summiting on Sunday via Sky High Trail. Jeff Scolfield was to meet us at the trail head but we were late and he took off to Dry Lake without us. I think he figured sitting around waiting for us would be lame, so he bagged the peak and hooked up with us at 630pm. Had a great time with the group after dinner and hit it early. I really didnt think Jeff would want to join us for another summit in the morning but he said he was totally down. Some guys in the group were newbies and it required a pace that was moderate but consistant. Three members from our group came up the East Ridge and met us at the summit sometime after ten. We took photos and congradulated each other, and prepared for the decent after the group photo was taken. (18 climbers)All in all fantastic day. Perfect weather, great friends. Jeff, what can I say bro... you killed it this weekend dude! Two summits from Dry Lake in one weekend, you rule.
