Giant culvert for East Fork Mountain Home Creek

Just curious if anybody knows anything about the giant concrete culvert passing under highway 38 a few miles below Angelus Oaks. I believe the East Fork of Mountain Home Creek runs through the man made structure as it goes underneath highway 38. Anybody been brave enough to explore it? Its ominously dark but looks like its big enough to walk through. Would a rope and harness be advised? Any knowledge would be much appreciated.
