well...it seems to me that the board has proceeded chronologically...all of their selections are defensible...one of the criteria for at least a few bands every year has to be "can they still play???? then "can they still play anything but "Hang on Sloopy and Louie Louie" Frankly, i've been amazed at what a good show it is...as we move through the years, selection should get more complicated as the bands got more diverse in style and became more sophisticated as musicians..audience taste and preference also splintered.then we'll be arguing about what's rock and roll and what isn't...if it makes you move your money maker...its rock and roll.....its all done in good fun...frankly, after all these years of rock and roll, we're all lucky to be alive...much less being groovy at the dance hall....thank you
