Negativity?

At the risk of being pummeled...I'm surprised at the amount of negativity in some posts towards the HOF about bands that have not been Inducted. While I don't have first hand knowledge of the process, I would suggest that the Board is a "considered" group that would certainly listen to porposals that were put forward on behalf of a specific deserving group. It just doesn't make sense to me that an attack on the Board is a viable way to get a favorite group considered.
