Hi Gordy, this is Dave N.,Dougs friend from Volga. I was a neighbor who lived down the road from the Lunds. I had access to a vehicle so I got started going to dances with him. I noticed his passion for music and women when he was 15 or so.
After the band got started I was scheptical at first, but boy did you guys rock. I helped you guys set up at the boat once. I never missed your gigs in the Brookings area. Doug was a wild child but from what I hear he's in Florida doing well in business. His singing was outstanding. Gordy I remember you as the expressive one on the hammond B-3 with the leslie amp, hard stuff to move out of an old school bus.
