Just like the real rock and roll hall of fame in Cleveland, it would be best to remember and honor those who came first. I can appreciate the kids being anxious to be a part of it all but it would be more prudent to remember all of those rock and rollers who worked with minimum equipment, toured in station wagons and trailers for little or nothing before we recognize acts of the '70's,80's,90's etc. The performers of the 50's and 60's may not be with us long. It would be nice to see and hear them one more time. The directors need to be more diligent in making sure the honorees will actually perform. If there are missing band members, there needs to be a house band to fill in. The old fans will be thrilled to see the band members one more time, even if they aren't as sharp as they once were. Myron, Dale Gregory and the Shouters and the Trippers are missing the spirit of the occasion by not rocking with us.
