How do you know Ira. The son, when Amos sold Pickwick - to what eventually became Musicland, Amos had a restrictive covenent not to compete, Ira did not and the group of Great American Music Stores, retail stores, were formed which he later cashed out of. I have a client who just sold Ira a condo on Lake Minnetonka last September, his second home I assume. I know he still manages some real estate holdings and must enjoy other stuff. Your in Kansas? - when did you hit the Minnesota music area?? Ira is our age. I found the Helichers(sp) to have unbelievable business smarts and really nice. They were great for the Minnesota music. (Amos and Dan and then Ira).
