Coachmen?

Do Nebraska's Coachmen qualify from outstate? They rocked many states and no doubt that SD was one! They are still active to an extent, as many originals reformed for induction into the Iowa HOF in 2008.
Will you induct radio stations? I feel that KELO in Sioux falls certainly pushed the locals judging by their playlists. I may have playlists of other stations from SD, but that is one that must have been a pretty cool station in 60's.
