Hi Mark.. Doug Lund here..board member of the association. Much like the National Rock and Roll Hall of Fame..we'd like to recognize first those early performers who blazed the trail for the great South Dakota rock and roll bands that have followed..but there are no hard and fast rules about that. We'd love to hear suggestions from anyone and everyone who visits this site..like you. Thanks!
