can a conference player be listed on 2 teams? i am new to this and trying to clear something up.

No, when you are on a conference roster you are only allowed to play with a team unless you are released. I hope this helps. There is a whole contract you have to sign when you join a conference roster.

I believe there are a couple of players that appear on more than one roster. I believe it is just a clerical error. There have been so many roster changes that some get lost in the shuffle.
