DW, how will you determine who is added to the list? Gonna go by hear say or guys you have seen play? Conference players? Just wondering. Thanks sir.

The list is just for fun. Softballkingdom and the Kirby's asked me to create one back in 2009 and I do it to keep the tradition of the list going. I choose players by who I have seen play which is primarily Conference players. Remember these are players that are ready to be put on the Major or Major watch list so they are really beyond the "prospect" stage.
