West Coast Conference teams

What are some reasonable solutions to the West Coast Conference teams travel expense issues? I think that the West is too spread out and that even if you had a dozen Conference tournaments in the West, unless you live in the host city, you are pretty much getting on an airplane to get to the next tournament. So what are some possible ideas, knowing full well there may not be a good solution?

Double conference tourney. Also all west coast tems need too play two east coast tourneys and all east coast teams need too play two west coast tourney. This allows all teams to be able to play against each others so we can really see what level they are at.

Since Don and Disney are sooooooo close..... How about using the Socal Disney for housing to the COnfernce Finals and A World EVERY OTHER YEAR. There has to be fields in LA that can make that happen. One year the CONfernce finals are out west... The next year it's the A World. Once B gets down to below 20 teams ( which looks like it will be within a couple years) Don can add the B World to the rotation. Orlando should be able to handle missing out on fourth utrip teams per year and Disney still is in the mix.

Have multiple events in the same central location on the west coast like Las Vegas? Plus it a big time tourist spot which usually means cheap plane tickets, hotels, etc...

How about having one of the big West Coast events like Vegas or Phoenix later in the year so teams from the East and North can come out with their teams better prepared. I think more would come if it was later

Absolutely make them all doubles...that way west coast teams can get in a conference season for the same price as east coast teams....u could do a minimum schedule then without worlds for 20 grand with conference fees

Yes it you make all the west coast tourney doubles we can play more and spend less. Then we can afford to go back east coast for worlds

in the late 90's-Early Y2k we were a conference team without knowing it. Lancaster 6 times, Palm springs, reno, oregon, washington, vegas, kansas, michigan to name a few. We were Nor Cal team with no where to play it was on a plane or a 5 hour drive just to play a B schedule. absolute horrible

Except for the bats we have now, it was better. No E division for chicken sh#t guys to hide in, guys actually improved so they can play up, nobody shot middle, made stupid noises and acted like their sh#t doesn't stink and there wasn't a million of the unsanctioned associations that allow p#ssies to be "THE MAN" while beating on the Rec players.

I disagree with the noises and middle shots. The noises were very common in the 90's and middle shots may have been less because there were more unlimited homerun tournaments but middle wars were common at the upper level.

But to me it seems the grunts were of guys trying to hit hard, kind of like the noise someone makes when they're lifting something heavy. Not the whole "ooohh, b-woop or by you" noises these dumbass guys do now. I can see that they were hitting at the middle of the diamond since that's a big hole but not head high at the pitcher.
