USSSA picks the all conference first team with the top 2 players at each infield position and 2 at pitcher, eh, and catcher. Then 6 outfielders, and around 6 utility for a total of 26 players on the first team.
The players from the first team come from the top 4 teams I believe.
The second team is another 26 or so players (I think) coming from teams 5 through 12 in the points.
