No I did not state they needed 5k insurance.
The 5k gets them entrance into the conference. Once there, the team earns points and conference tournaments are seeded on Conference points.
Thus if they have Conference points, and they have enough, then they can avoid having to play Resmondo in the first round.
What don't you understand?
The "jobber" doesn't have any conference points so they are seeded last and end up playing Resmondo in the first round.
I will put the question of "blind draw" into next years questionnaire. I'd be willing to be that no sponsor or manager wants it and the 2 fans that come to each tournament don't get a vote, sorry.
