First of all..DW I dont really know you but it was a real class move by starting a thread about Veterans Day today...So, thanks for that. Along those lines I will say a huge thank you to my father LTC L. W. Tanner who devoted 21 years to the Army including 2 tours in Vietnam and 2 in Geermany. We moved 18 times in 21 years so I was a real Army brat. I am thankful to him and to all the veterans today who give us freedom to do the things we love. Also, some of you may remember John Beasley...He played for Appollo Parking and then on to Bell Corp. for a number of years with Woody Bell and was a great player. John was in the Coast Guard for over 20 years and I was honored to be invited to his retirement ceremony a few years ago. Thanks John, you are a great athlete, veteran and friend.
