Many ways to fix it. If you think it needs fixing?
First you have to agree on what problem you want to address.
If your happy with the 32 or so CONference teams taking up half of the Divisions available, I guess there is nothing to talk about.
If you think a healthy softball program PROMOTES UPWARD TEAM GROWTH instead of the system in place right now that has shown to promote teams migrating down... Then you can discuss methods to change the direction softball is now heading.
So Dale..... Which is it? Are you happy with the health of softball at this time? If not.....what do you see as the problems? I'll list mine again if you want?
