Don't have Dale's ability but.....
It seems reasonable that A teams should be able to win at least 35-40% of their games against Major teams.
With that as my goal......
What do I need to implement to create such a positive softball environment?
Once we decide on how to achieve this goal we will need to monitor it and see how well it works this comming season. If the A Division does not reach this goal at next years Convention we will need to figure out stronger rules to achieve my goal.
