in this video hawk is using his new weight pull track that i made in my limited space in the basement, it has come in handy already. i do still take him to different places an drag weight with him. but come winter time when its 30deg. below this will be a BIG help.
it's his 2nd time pulling 300 lbs of steel workout plates in the video. iam still learning a few things, i still make him sit and now i call him from the end of the track instead of walking by his side.
