The two dog scenario & groin bites are at the end of this little 3 minute clip. This guy has only done this a few times and I understand its a little hard to watch, so bare with us...
I thought Dexter ( the 1st dog ) did pretty well especially considering the decoy's limited ability to read & work a dog. We were trying to build his prey drive back up by using the intensisty he has once pressured in defense, then switching over to letting him bite a few times in prey. So basically we were trying to go back and forth between defense & prey with him.
On the two dog scenario I was just curious to see how these two dogs work together they are very close & as thick as thieves they do everything together 24/7 and are never separated. Tony the shepherd is pretty old and isnt a very hard dog & rarely do I do anything but work on barking w/ him. I was purposely holding him back once the decoy hit the ground I figured getting bit by one dog was enof once your face down on the dirt. On the re-attack on the two dog scenario my wife didnt caputure the strike on film for whatever reason.
On the re-attack the decoy came in w/ a odd presentation w/ both hands pointed at the ground so hence the ockward bite the two dogs had on him, at least they still bit him without being offered a target. Jade the white bulldogge usually bites the legs when the arm isnt presented to her in a normal fassion so I thought it was interresting the bite that she went for.
