Chimera’s Deacon:: We recently acquired Deacon from Lee at Chimera kennels and this is the first chance we get to really work him. I want to thank one of my best friends Dexter who is an ex K-9 handler for coming out and working Deacon for me. While not a decoy himself he does understand bite work and dogs.
We started Deacon out civilly in defense in the corner. Did some prey guard both with a rag and then with a sleeve, Got him biting and wanting the sleeve good. Then moved him back into prey and brought him out into the open field. I was very pleased with how the session went.
