Hardrock’s Black Phoenix 18 month old American Bulldog. Phoenix is my daughter’s dog. She will be bred to my Leavitt Male Bruno this week.
Here are some variations of the prey guard I was discussing with some people on the K-9 ProSports Board. Notice in the photo’s directly below, I am using her desire to guard the prey to make her civil and want to bite flesh.
Now below I am slipping te sleeve, but leaving it on a line. Then I come in with threatening movements but keep pressure on the sleeve to make her retain her bite.
Then I let go of the line, pressure her directly til she drops the sleeve
Stealing the sleeve with the line redirects her attn to the sleeve and builds prey so I come back in and give her a bite.
