I was wondering how many people use the srping pole as part of there dogs exercise program? I recently stopped useing the srping pole because of something someone had wrote on another PP message board, they said that when you use the srping pole on your dog, that your dog starts to learn to hang from the prey item longer by not biting down as hard on the prey item, or not to bite with all its mite, instead learing to just bite hard enough to hang or tug, allowing him or her to tug or hang from the prey item longer. Then when it comes to sleve work the dog does not bite as hard as it could because of the bad habbit it learned from spring poleing, is this true? or not? havent found anything else on this, so i thought id ask
for your opions....... hofully i made it clear what i was trying to explain
