I was not necessarily referring to puppies, just getting a new dog in general and getting a new thread and peoples thoughts out on the forum. Thanks for the info Johnny! I agree 100%, structured human interaction as a pup is key. To have a dog that is "self taught" to me makes a thinking dog and IMO this is good.
