Single dog application for registration
We have a new digital system for single dog applications it is a two step process. First you need to fill out the single dog application form by clicking here. Then you will need to fill out the next online pedigree page by Clicking here.
Note you should be brought to the second page automatically when you click “submit” on the first page. If you have trouble with all of the new digital forms you can simply follow the old directions below.
If you have a single dog that needs to be registered click the link below fill out the pedigree form and send it to the registry along with a money order for $10.00 per application, made payable to Johnny or Mary Courville. You can also pay via PayPal. The mailing address is
