Hi Guys, I am a 33yo adult, who just came across your website. Hope you don't mind, I used to be a bedwetter too, up until the age of 16. Don't give up, don't feel bad about urself, and do what works for you. Thought I'd share what finally helped me. First of all, forget about all the don't drink this or that or don't drink after a certain time stuff, as most of you now it don't work. Drink what you want and when you want, and drink LOTS of water, its good for you and beleive it or not can help you STOP wetting the bed. Next, as long as you are in control and can get to a toilet when you need, try to hold it as long as you can, but NOT if it starts to hurt. If you gotta go, you gotta go. When you do go, let urself get going and then make urself stop right away, do this until you are all empty, starting to go and stopping. For myself and most of my freinds who wet the bed when we were kids, this worked. What happens is this: by holding it you start to stretch your bladder ( the part inside that holds your pee till you go), by starting and stopping you both strengthen the muscle that holds the urine in and you make your nerves more sensitive to the feeling of needing to pee. One other thing you can do anytime, is to squeeeze the muscle you normally squeeze down there when you try to hold it or try to stop peeing, hold the muscle tight for about 10 secs and then release. You can do this anywhere and no one nows your doing an excersize to stop peeing. :) So give this a try for at least 30 days, and I gaurentee that you will at least wet the bed less, if not begin to stop. And if it doesn't work for you, hey what did you lose, you tried, and it's not like you weren't already wettin the bed before, right? So, Good Luck and God Bless from your freind, Justme
