...ya, the damage fee/insurance was another reason I didn't bury it into the corner. I did take a 4 lap "ride-along" in a late model before hand & couldn't believe how the thing stuck as hard as he pushed it in there. I did have a blast though, when coming out of the corners, I jumped on it so hard, there was always "squirmy" forward bite because the nose was lifting under the hard acceleration. I was really cramped, had to put my left foot up near the seat front w/ the sole of my shoe facing the the driveshaft. I felt pretty good, in the 20 laps, I passed one guy close to 4 times! 23sec. pretty sporty!
